How Much Does it Cost?

• Nothing.

How do you make money?

• We get paid a commission or finders fee from the Wireless Carriers for business we generate for them.  In addition, we can make money on accessory sales as well.

What Wireless Carriers are you able to display on our Employee Wireless Site?

• AT&T, Sprint, Nextel, T-Mobile and Verizon Wireless.

We do business with a carrier not listed above - Can you work with them?

• We will make every attempt to work with your current wireless carrier to create a program that works for your company.

My Wireless Carrier provides me with Flat Rate Equipment Pricing or 39% off Retail Rates - Will I get this same discount on Phones if we order throught his site?

• Over 90% of all of our Cell Phones, Blackberries and Smart Phones are Free.  Odds are we are cheaper than dealing with your carrier direct.  If we are not... we can talk.  But we have not run into a situation yet where the carrier offered the phone cheaper than we did ;)

How can you offer the phone cheaper than the wireless carrier?

• The Wireless Carrier pays a commission on every wireless activation or upgrade.  Our Volumes give us some of the highest commission rates in the Industry.  We simply pay for the cost of the phone out of our commissions.  Whats left over is how we make our money.

What if one of my employees ordered a phone and doesn't like, wants to return it or exchange it. What is Your Return Policy?

• We are committed to your total satisfaction. Order any cell phone, PDA/Smartphone, or wireless PC card with a wireless service plan. If you don't like it, we'll swap it for another model OR refund 100% of your purchase price (excluding shipping and processing fees). Our Return Policy can be found here.

Are the Phones we order the same phones as those ordered directly through a carrier?

• The phones you order from us are the exact same devices you'd get from going to a carrier retail store. In fact, in partnership with the internet's #1 authorized dealer for AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint Nextel, T-Mobile, and Alltel Wireless, we only activate devices from certified carrier distributors. Every device has a full U.S. warranty, and is never refurbished unless explicitly sold as such.

Can you handle all of my cell phones, Employee Phones and Corporate Liable Phones?

• Typically Wireless Carriers have dedicated National Account Managers that are tasked with handling large corporate and government accounts.  We would want to engage your Account Managers to make sure they supported your efforts and then engage them to help us design the perfect employee portal for you.  We believe that the Customer is King.  If your Wireless Carrier agrees, than we should be able to assist you.  So answer is - It Depends.
